Training neck for width (thin neck)
Minoxidil and finasteride (thinning hair, fraud huge forehead)
Volufiline for eyebags (recessed)
Hydrocortisone 1% cream (nose size reduction)

Considerations

low dose isotretinoin (tighter skin)
steroids + hgh (bone growth)

You better off then many of your race because at least your are dimorphic in that your don’t have pig nose and oversized lips+narrow mouth combo many asian males do. But a wider mouth could still benefit you and a higher bridge

hes not dimorphic because his neck is like -4x his bigonial width and hes lean and norwooding

he should only get surgery once he softmaxes correctly because he can softmax a lot
