Yeah ik, I started training optimally since I became 15 cuz, I started the gym at 14 being fat, I was so fuckibf stupidly wanting to become slim that I starved myself and was in the hospital twice cuz of anorexia. This starving could be also the reason why I'm short asf and have no bones in my face
