I was on a good semen retention streak of 6 months until may 2022, i knew beforehand that cooming makes you bald and gives gyno but i continued like the retarded cuck that i am, had to go on finasteride now because i'm balding and i have a presdisposition (lots of balders in my family)
I did my bloodtest, my test is good (around 750) , i have 35 E2 but my prolactin is 30% ABOVE THE MAXIMUM LIMIT (im like at 19, maximum being 15)
Why ? Because i coom once every 2,5 days and it fucks me up, i currently have an ultra mild gyno so maybe i can reverse it in time but not sure at all.
I don't coom since i started fin this monday but i have a burning sensation in my nipples which is not good at all.
So stop cooming, unless you wanna be bald with man boobs, can't believe i almost destroyed my appearance by cooming for 10 months straight
