I’m 15.5 years old and 125 LBS. I wanted to show these pictures because I’ve really put in the work on getting a good physique and yes, I’m flexing! 💪

Search up Sydney Cummings on YouTube. She’s a very good personal trainer and the workouts are great for all skill levels!

Great lean bodyfat level but eat in a lean bulk and spam lats and triceps. Just spam everything and especially need size on the legs

Yeah I’m working on it. Good advice! I’m just trying to focus on endurance and fundamental resting before I move on to extreme stuff.

If you want your arms to grow quick do weighted chin ups and preacher curls. Preachers are brilliant to spam on
