You mean bulk? And gain size? Im trying to just need to eat more.
Just keep doing the same thing every day, and one day, you will be fully jacked.

By the time you're 18-19 you'll look great if you keep bulking and working out.

Trust me, I did it.

Yeah, you have good genetics too it looks like, solid waist to shoulder ratio already with more muscle you'd look great. Train lats and delts.

do you think i mog cause i see like girls at the gym my age and i want to ask for their number.Also most of my knowledge of the gym comes from my dad whos been going to the gym for 20 years and hes around 205lbs 5ft11
 
Focus on:
  • shoulders
  • groin lats for the V taper
  • forearms

    Hit everything else as well. Consistently, just on these three, make sure you're nuking them in volume.

Yo good news ive been doing cold approach to mtbs or htb i cant really tell but anyway its been working ive been getting there numbers.
