First photo is like a year old. Haven’t really focused too much on training I just started eating more, I used to starve myself lol. Tell me my failos and which parts I could improve more

What would you recommend me to do? I feel like I should have a better chest, maybe focus on that.
Not really advice but I recommend just playing a high intensity sport like football, basketball or hockey if your main goal is to attract girls. Girls really don’t care about muscle after a certain threshold has been reached

It's a good change, a noticeable one.
But physique isn't impressive, I'm not sure if you got bad insertions, but you should go for more. That's all.

Yeah it is quite a good change but the truly impressive physiques you see online are either top 1 percent genes and frame or heavy PED use. It’s usually both of them tbh.

It’s not bad for a natty, but you have good delt insertions. They’re your best area. Work out shoulders a lot and try to build more muscle
How can you tell good delt insertions from bad one?

ngl it looks like you got a lil bit of gyno and the pose could change up a bit, try to work more upper chest and round your shoulders more ( could inject test to get more buff & round shoulders )

It’s not gyno but yeah I get what you’re saying my chest looks weird probably have some fat there still

honestly , it’s not bad, genetics are “alright” and could be better, but if you just lose or lean up a lot and put on a ton of muscle mass / increase ur dht levels, and take creatine + with consistency of going to the gym, you’d probably end up with a decent physique

idk how old you are but if ur under 18 the most id recommend is mk, but even then still just push urself in the gym and dont do that half rep bullshit, go to when you know you can’t do another clean rep, or another full rep, and about 8 reps 2 sets

I just started going in a constant way to the gym, that’s why my physique is nothing crazy, I just ate more for some time and exercised like every one in a while
Will get more into the gym and will get better results easily bro that’s not the problem
Just wanted to see where I was at from where I started
