Id say bf is 9-13 range pretty hard to assess with all the bloat. But my best guess is 11 cuz of that fat around my hips and back. Legs sre huge btw u can see my big glutes poppin. This took me 2 years of gymcelling. Wfy guys think? Good? Also what u think ffmi is? Id say 23. I am cutting until 7-8bf range to see full definition and get that chiseled face.
Although i am pretty lean now. Mid june i hope i am finished cutting. For a natural id give my physique a solid 8

I hooe to achieve 5-6 someday but for now i see if i can handle 7-8 if i can i go lower until i get bad sides then i stop

You sure you’re not overestimating? 6% is borderline stage ready, even bodybuilders on a shit ton of gear can’t maintain that for long
