135 lb max at start on bench, and my gyms havent opened since covid but im guessing around 225? ive been doing weighted dips as my main push movement from home, got +80 for 5 last push day.How much can you bench and squat now and how much at beginning?

nah i went from prolly 17% bodyfat to around 12-13, but ngl i wouldnt believe someone did this natural either tbhI believe this could be done naturally for sure but not in 6 months - you gained 15lbs and dropped like 10% bf, that’s like a 30lbs of pure muscle gained in 6 months.
It looks like more than that to me. Ultimately either way it’s a great transformation and if you really are natty just take it as a compliment that we all think it was juiced.
