im low bodyfat and look really big and full with a pump
 
What’s your workout routine?
push pull legs 2x a week, push day is centered around weighted dips and overhead press, pull day is pull ups/curls/rows, and i dont have a squat rack so i do bulgarian split squats on leg days
my gym still shut down from corona

Either you are lying about the timeframe or you are juicing. It is simply impossible to develop that much in such a short timeframe.

How much can you bench and squat now and how much at beginning?
 
How much can you bench and squat now and how much at beginning?
135 lb max at start on bench, and my gyms havent opened since covid but im guessing around 225? ive been doing weighted dips as my main push movement from home, got +80 for 5 last push day.
and tbh i didnt squat when the gym was open and i dont have a squat rack at home, i just do bulgarian split squats for high reps w 90 lb on leg day

I believe this could be done naturally for sure but not in 6 months - you gained 15lbs and dropped like 10% bf, that’s like a 30lbs of pure muscle gained in 6 months.

I'm gymcelling too skinnyfat atm and benching 30kg. Hope I can get at least 50% of your physique in 6 months with my subhuman genes

nah i went from prolly 17% bodyfat to around 12-13, but ngl i wouldnt believe someone did this natural either tbh

It looks like more than that to me. Ultimately either way it’s a great transformation and if you really are natty just take it as a compliment that we all think it was juiced. I’m cycling pretty soon as soon as gyms open, currently look like this
