It's nice, although chest development could be better. I think you'd look great if you weighed that exact amount, but you were lean instead, statistically speaking more people always look better lean and at a BMI of 23, personally I disagree with the research and think people look better at a BMI of 25, but maybe that's because it is the BMI where I look the best.

Yeah I’m at peak bulk rn I do wanna cut but I just need to put mass on my chest, I bench 230 x 2 but my chest stays small

Strength training will build some amount of muscle, but it's slightly less than the amount you'd gain with hypertrophy/bodybuilding style training. I used to compete in powerlifting like many years ago (never won a single tournament lmao), and did recreational powerlifting for a good while, I eventually came to the realization that bench or squatting more is pretty meaningless.

If you want some numbers in the bench then go for them, but, they're really not going to be ideal for your chest development. Keyword is ideal, its not that they wont work, but that you're leaving some gains on the table.

Bet, what do you think are my flaws? Just the bulk fat?

I mean it depends, what even is your goal? In the context of looksmaxxing, are you trying to appear as masculine and dominant as possible, or just trying to appeal to the maximum amount of women?

I think a little bit of both
