It's nice, although chest development could be better. I think you'd look great if you weighed that exact amount, but you were lean instead, statistically speaking more people always look better lean and at a BMI of 23, personally I disagree with the research and think people look better at a BMI of 25, but maybe that's because it is the BMI where I look the best.Peak bulk rn 170lb 6ft

Yeah I’m at peak bulk rn I do wanna cut but I just need to put mass on my chest, I bench 230 x 2 but my chest stays smallIt's nice, although chest development could be better. Strength training will build some amount of muscle, but it's slightly less than the amount you'd gain with hypertrophy/bodybuilding style training. If you want some numbers in the bench then go for them, but, they're really not going to be ideal for your chest development. Keyword is ideal, it’s not that they wont work, but that you're leaving some gains on the table.
