nipples are failo, but overall like 6.5/10 imo

It's not his frame, he just isn't strong enough on the compound lifts. Some guys with a weak genetic starting point need to reach a very high level of strength to look good.
 
I only weigh 155, could adding 10-15lbs fix my frame?
maybe, I'd avoid putting on trap size though. It always looks shit when you have big traps making your upper body look even more narrow.
 
Follow the program I sent you while gaining 1 lb per week. Stop gaining weight when you reach around 15-20% body fat, and then maintain that while you get as strong as possible. You don't have to constantly bulk and cut. And it's not worth it to cut when you aren't very muscular.

Traps don't make you look narrow, they make you look massive from the front. If you don't want to look narrow, it's not your traps you should worry about but your lats. To get bigger lats, you need to get really strong at weighted chin ups and barbell rows. Even a guy who starts off as very skinny can build a very wide v taper by just focusing on those 2 exercises and getting as strong as possible on both of them.

Their bone structure is different, that's a very bad example, the guy on the left is most likely a 5 foot 5 manlet while the guy on the right has the frame of a guy who is at least 6 foot 2. If you want to make a good comparison, compare 2 guys of the same height. Also, I stand by my point, the guy on the left doesn't look narrow because he has large traps, but because he has no lats, if he were to get strong at weighted chin ups and barbell rows, he would look a lot better. The reason why so many guys look weird is because they only focus on one muscle group instead of trying to get them all to their max, of course if you have muscular imbalances you will look like shit.

So many guys on this forum who don't even lift will use this picture as an example to describe that 2 guys can have a different frame even if they are the same height, but clearly, it's not the case. not only do those 2 have a different height, but they also haven't developed the same muscle groups. The guy on the right has a balanced physique with everything that is developed, while the guy on the left neglected his lats.
