MY CURRENT PLAN TO ASCEND
any surgeries can come after this as the clock is not ticking for their benefits… i want to try “naturally” first

-5ft 9 and 62 kg


- decently naturally muscular and have good proportions (almost 2:1 shoulder waist ratio) but have a SERIOUS sleeper build (im CURRENTLY a framecel twink
)
- good face and jawline, kinda recessed orbitals and braces lowkey fucked my naturally good maxilliary projection a bit but ortho says we can fix it…
my goals
- more forward maxillary growth
- increased facial bone mass and frame size
- mandible and lower jaw growth
- fixing right sided torsion of the maxilla AND the sphenoid
, generally realigning my face
- build up to 75-80 kg lean - possibly 90 kg long term?
how i plan to achieve these goals :
- running test and hgh (hgh if my growth plates are still open on x-ray) while getting bloods frequently followed by an extensive pct (i dont want fucking gyno and erectile disfunction)
- obviously going to the gym and running ppl 6 days a week or fb eod or ulrr (take the hypertrophy pill)
- sauna to help health markers as well as daily cardio (football (soccer) or basketball or boxing if not fatigued from gym)
- continuing my braces and getting MSE with no dome procedure (I have a good relationship with my local ortho who I’m sure would willing to explore any other treatments)
- using the facemask combined with mse to fix my maxilliary projection and recession and just generally guide the maxilliary forward growth enhanced by hormones
- getting myofunctional therapy
- doing a GI map to fix my gut health and acne
- optimising nutrition, mostly whole foods diet and tracking every calorie in chronometer so I can see nutrient intake as well
