What a handsome young man. Do you have a lazy eye though? Potential for chadlite amongst the alternative crowd (due to dark features) if your skin and eyes were fixed. Low normie appeal because imo you look unapproachable. Slight chin recession, not a failo but surgery would ascend you so hard.

cut down on sodium, sleep more, drink more water, eat less inflaming foods like seed oils and preservatives
