Try Kojic acid for your eye bags, if that doesn't work then use tranexamic acid, and if that also doesn't work then use this https://mytopicals.com/products/faded-brightening-clearing-serum , and if that doesn't work use hydroquinone as last resort every 2 or 3 days, also look into the skincare threads to get better coloring
