Asides from bimax and maybe blepharoplasty none of those are high roi my rating stays similiar maybe slightly higher mtn

nose isnt distinct enough and blends in with face too easily, weak browridge, zygotes need to be more pronounced

in essence to try to summarize ur issues, its like a little bit of everything, not just one noticeable flaw to work on
