your lower lip is fatter for some reason not optimal,your skin is horrible and ashy i’d fix that if i were you your nose isn’t ideal too slim and long for your midface, obvious asymmetry which you should work on
overall lltn, if you do all the softmaxxes you would be hltn but anything higher than that i doubt

I’m on accutanee right now working on my skin I think that’s why also my lips looks like this
For my nose I’m think to get pallet expander will that help it?

meh nothing will change the shape of your nose, not even a palate expander, it might make it look wider ngl but overall it still would look bad, but a palate expander would help widening your face and giving it an illusion of a thicker skull, as your skull is very slim

i don’t recommend anything tbh, its kinda over for you bro im sorry a lot of hard maxxes might just be a waste of time and money for you because there are a lot of flaws on your face, i’d just do all the softmaxxes if i were you and forget about all this
