Shave, use „Benzoylperoxid“ ( at least Thats what its called in Germany ) for Ur acne you dont have to Take accutane it doesnt Seem so Bad and it worked for me very well too, workout, debloat and youre there

Shave, use „Benzoylperoxid“ ( at least Thats what its called in Germany ) for Ur acne you dont have to Take accutane it doesnt Seem so Bad and it worked for me very well too, workout, debloat and youre there

Thank you but I already use benzoylperoxide and adapalene 0,3% but it still wont Go away. Getting tretinoin After Summer tho

2,5% benzoyl and 0,3% (epiduo Forte cream) got it from my derm

Take 10% benzoyl 2,5% wont help. Use Face wash in the Morning and evening and put benzoyl on ur entire Face Not Only on the acne before sleeping. When your Skin is dry After washing in the Morning use moisturizer.
