Thanks bro any tips?
Grow ur hair a little more. Aside from that idk what else. Maybe tidy up the eyebrows. The most noticeable thing I see is that your maxilla is recessed. So yeah that would require a hardmaxx.

That’s super brutal man, so I’ll never find love 😖
Love is somewhat of an illusion anyway. You can call it that, but it's really just a biochemical reward system designed by evolution. Never unconditional.

depends on what ur location is u gotta geomaxx if its anything proper in europe
Give this guy a Bimax, maybe with some individual adjustments, and he'll have no issues at his height.
6'1 is tall, even in Europe.

Yeah, you have to spare the money and go your own way.
I have severe TMJ, arthrosis on both sides with severe condylar degeneration (just within 6 years of the diagnosis) and chronic pain, as well as mild-moderate sleep apnea and a skeletal Class lll bite with impacted teeth, yet insurance still doesn't cover it.

A local issue, if the root cause is left untreated, will inevitably, in time, in almost any case, develop into some kind of systemic problem.
So save the money. Insurance companies have some completely irresponsible policies, and they obviously don't give a single fuck about your health.
They don't want to pay, they're financial businesses.

hell no im like 6 4 in shoes and i get height mogged on a daily basis
Tales; at that height, you’d be significantly above average anywhere in the world.

Thanks bro advice to ascend?
Train your hyoid brother, also your maxilla is very flat you need ccw rotation and your palette might be narrow cant tell but possibly

Yeah, it's almost always multifactorial. If you're lucky enough to have a pathological condition that aligns with your insurance's criteria and your country's specific regulations, then you're fortunate.

Bodies try to regulate, adapt and compensate, at least to the best of their ability.
In my case, my bite is edge-to-edge, but not severe enough to qualify for surgery under my insurance's criteria.
From a medical standpoint, and according to every expert I've spoken to, surgery is completely necessary at this point, especially considering the progressive degenerative changes that have already occurred.
However, because my insurance doesn't have to cover it, I have to pay for it myself. That's just how it is.
I've been saving up for over six years, since, of course, reconstruction becomes more expensive as the damage progresses. You'd also need to set money aside in case a revision becomes necessary.

Thanks bro, I had orthodontics for years so it can’t be narrow I’d say

Damn, that’s such a shame you can’t get for free when every surgeon is telling you, that you need it. I think I’m unlucky too that my brother who looks the same is getting a free one while I just had braces for 4 years €5,500 and just had gum grafts which were like €1,500

It is narrow your suppose to show clearly eight teeth when you smile, if you expand your palette it would somewhat help make your face look like you have a tall skull and yeah need that ccw rotation.
