Rate pls and need help!

Can someone rate and get me tips what to do?

My problem is that my upper cheeks are bloated or just fat asf, I cant get it away.
This leads also too seek my zygos more and just lets look me like a piece of shit. NEED HELP!

I use already:

-GHK CU
-RETA since few days
-Tretinoin

on video I was shaking bit bc of the gym before

on the photo you can see how my upper cheeks are fat asf (im the left one ofc)

this was a pretty unexpected thread thats why I dont got updatet normal pictures for ratings

towards the zygos and upper cheeks part, that might be js ur bone structure and not fat or other bs, u look lean so, whats ur height and weight?

I´m 185cm and something about 68kg, so I need to get wider cheekbones if it is the bone structure? I was thinking about fillers and what do you think for a potentially rating I mean if everything goes well with that in future?
