i jst realised i look way different in this pic than i usually do, i look like my chins been eaten away jfl. anyways tysm, i already eat like 4-5 eggs everyday with like insane amount/variety of fruits/vegetables + hella meat. im trying to lower down the processed sugar in my diet to none to a scoop of ice cream loll

Honestly don’t even worry much about sugar or eating super clean/optimal just eat a lot and drink hella milk and get selenium from supplements or Brazil nuts that shit is the secret to overall bone growth+ height trust me but yea just focus on growing bc this is most important worry about being lean later in puberty

if youre really 13, focus on eating clean and honestly make sure your calcium phosphorus ratio is good throughout puberty for bone growth and shit
