LTN, debloat and lose weight to achive facial leanness thata the most visible issue to me. Then consider a bimax coz ur jaw recessed and ur front profile asymetrical. You have a decent eye area (good orbital fat bro). Also get a rhinoplasty aswell if your nose wont get fixed by the bimax. HTN potential imo

LTN, desinflama y pierde peso para lograr una cara delgada, que es el problema más visible para mí. Entonces considera una cirugía Bimax, ya que tienes la mandíbula hundida y tu perfil frontal es asimétrico. Tienes una buena zona de los ojos (buena grasa orbital, hermano). También hazte una rinoplastia si la Bimax no te arregla la nariz. Posible hipertensión, en mi opinión.

i think you would have to go under 10 percent to get hollow cheeks mby like 6 would work. But hardmaxx should be your priority once u get old enough and save up the cash. also np its not like i looksmaxxed u by answering ur question
