Mhtn right now but very good base. Clear up the skin a bit (could even work via softmax like retinol but if drastic is needed go for GHK-Cu) Bring a bit of volume into the hair and you are well on your way

This makes for a really good base (depending on country but solid either way). Maybe test how darker eyebrow coloring via brow pencil effects your dimorphism as well. this along with the skin could bring out a lot even with softmaxes. keep me posted
