your esr is 0.41 here btw, also make sure your photos are front facing and that you’re not tilting your head, because it makes taking accurate measurements difficult. The EAR of your left eye is 2.93, while it’s 3.21 for your right eye, so I’m guessing that tilting your face to the right is making pre-existing asymmetries look much worse
