Before you ask why I’m so tan it’s because I have a disease which makes me tan. I can become less tan if I take more meds as well

what disease is that ?

u look like a dude name thomasigma on tiktok but without blue eyes and blond hair

Addisons disease. It’s autoimmune so I have to take meds forever, but at least it doesn’t affect my physical ability. Basically I don’t produce any cortisol so I have to take steroids(pills and not the anabolic ones) 2-3 times a day. And 2 years ago before I was diagnosed my skin was white ( I’m Australian and half Dutch for reference)

I saw him the other day and I thought the same. He was saying people think he looks like Zac Efron and I’ve always been told that as well my whole life pretty much

No I live in Australia but both my parents are half Dutch. Why is no cortisol a buff I’m genuinely curious. Also Addison disease gives me high potassium which might be why I got hollow cheeks recently after my diagnosis. I can also eat crazy amount of salt which I guess is a buff

i mean ofcourse its necessary for like living, but cortisol is the main cause of tthings like bloat, because you have no cortisol your face looks very well shaped. which is ofcourse a benefit for looking good

Cortisol inhibits testosterone and also ages you. Chronically high cortisol is not good for cardiovascular health either.

Yeah the only thing I was thinking about was maybe fat grafting to my eyebrow ridge or blepharoplasty to reduce my uee. But even then there’s it’s not like it will improve my life at all
