Grow out your sides a bit, you look good but you have to go with a more "effortlessly good looking" approach rather than looking like a mannequin.

Blow dry it more, get volume in your hair and to also add volume to your hairline to make it less sudden and straight

Your face shape is very similar to mine, it's very long (the distance from your hairline to your chin) so it's basically a rectangle/oblong shape. The best hairstyle for that would be something short that doesn't have too much length on top. I know this from experience because I made the mistake of getting a slicked back hairstyle with shorter hair on the sides and it made me look really weird and worse than I actually look. The times where I looked my best were when my hair was really short and of the same length everywhere, and when I have a fringe it's helpful because it makes my forehead look like it's not as big.

So you have 2 options:
1) You can get a short hairstyle like what Stephen Amell or Jensen Ackles (my profile pic is Ackles) has where you can still style your hair
2) You try longer hair but keep it the same length on the sides and on the top and never style your hair in order to have a natural fringe.

The problem with having hair that is shorter on the sides is that it makes your face appear too long.
