Hurts me to say, but sub 5. I would recommend getting the hair slightly off your forehead, trimming ur eyebrows, and starting adapalene or tretinoin.

Everything else, like the visible asymmetry, recession, etc is only fixable with procedures. I can recommend some aswell

Change your haircut I think your hair is not straight. Using some styling products might make it look better. Trim your beard, work on your neck, pluck your eyebrows, and gym. If your height is not increasing, try to improve your posture maybe you'll grow another 1-2 cm. Do some basic skincare u should try new things like new style new haircuts etc.The photo is ai u cant look same like this but try to look like this

Lose face fat and move hair off forehead I think you can really ascend your side has decent base just work on front
