I think your main problem is a vertically short chin, might benefit from genio.

how old are you? you dont seem to old so ask ur dentist about a palatal expander, ur mouth is quite narrow and ur entire lower third is quite recessed, so genio would indeed be a good thing to look into. also grow out ur hair, u have a long midface and a large forehead and ur hair failos u bcuz of it, u need long hair to counter these things and also hide ur oversized ears
