One guy commented on my recessed chin a month ago and I have been jutting my jaw forward ever since, not too much to not look unnatural. I think it improved my harmony a lot. According to him my current philtrum ratio is 1:2, which is decent I guess.

Will get teeth aligners first and see what happens, then maybe consider a surgery. Either way I am strongly against surgery unless you really need it.

Forward growth is mostly genetic and age capped, so over. Lips, will prob try volufilline or something, but yeah, my upper lip is not good.

orthodontics is the way to go. Usually lips is rated lower in comparison to other features regarding facial aesthetics according to QUOVES. But mine really is too narrow. Insane how such flaw throws everything off.
