i dont feel as insecure around people anymore and i feel more human but im nowhere near how I'd like to look. i still feel inferior

sadly my submandibular glands are very visible IRL and ruin my side profile which makes me very insecure about it, and i don't know if there's a way to fix it. + my upper third still looks just as cooked

i was also planning to get buccal fat removal in about a year or so

need advice
