Bruh, anybody would have negative canthal tilt if the camera angle is low, Sendhil has neutral canthal tilt or slight positive canthal tilt -

Plus his eyes are vertically compact and horizontally wide and almond shaped(ideal), and his medial canthus is downturned, again an indicator of good eye area, his eyebrows are positively tilted too, a little curved, but that's fine.

High class + size halo, his facial features aren't top tier except maybe maxilla, but otherwise everything else is in the normie range. What about his face is particularly outstanding and don't say harmony.
