Just depends on patient honestly. I’m still working out ratios for my own case but here’s an example:

Clearly over projected is better than recessed but still looks like a dog face, chimp like

Bieber’s side profile looks better as is than projecting as far as possible (although know that I look at it my morph is kind of a mogger too )

Middle is best imo. The problem is you cant advance lower maxilla that much compare to upper, otherwise it will look uncanny.

Yeah that’s the issue. If he likes results like that you gonna end up like that as well. Surgeons adjust midsurgery what they think fits best.

No. That tall, flatter chin looks very masculine.

This was a good result, genio was a bit aggressive (just a few mm back would probably be ideal) but it doesn't look bad.
