What are his flaws?

Mostly his mouth area and he looks like he has a long midface (although his ratios are fine, I suspect it's mostly due to his upper lip being too unproportionate which thows off the ratios)

It also looks like he's downgrown from the front, protruding ears, weak undereyes, etc
