Since last rating (1 month ago) I tried to change plenty things. Checking if the effort was not in vain. If anyone wants to know what I changed/did, I am happy to share.

Therefore this rate request (PSL or IRL) to see if stuff changed for the better (or worse). Tips welcome, obviously.

Good hair color and eye area, contrast. You should get or grow another hairstyle and also grow a full beard to give you better proportions/fraud a better lower 3rd. Get leaner and get a tan as well. Would also change wardrobe and build some muscle.

Thanks. Yeah, in my life i liked to read and observe alot. Quit analitically minded, plus decent iq, and memorie. And damn, one gets wiser over time. Being wise is a hindrance by the way with women; women get often annoyed talking about interesting and factural disculssions and concepts. They care about feeling and emotions, primairely. Which obviously is also much more fun.

Glasses for nearsightcels, depending on power and cillinder make your eye area smaller (that's just how they work to correct our shitty vision), and farsight glasses make it bigger. You could consider contact lenses. I have -7.0 with astigmatism and distortion at this level is gigantic.

Another plus of lenses is that even with colorless lenses they make your eyes shine like marbles in direct Sun. I have green eyes and lenses make them shiny even though they are colorless.

You look good for a 35. Most people at this age are balding fatties.

Very observant about the glasses, and effect on eyes size. I never knew that.
I usually wear contact lenses, when I go places that I wanna look my best (attractive wise). I have good eye color (high contrast), and with contact lenses that is way more vissable then glasses. For work i usually wear glasses, because lenses are imo not so comfrotable for screen, and it work it's more important to appear intellegent for customers, and who knows the glasss maybe add a small bit to the perception of intellligence.

It's true. More then 60% at my age is either all or some of the following: significantly overweight/fat; ugly blad(ing); or ugly wrinkled (or pigmentation spots) in skin.

I'll try to grow more beard length. I accidentally trimmed it to short a few days ago, It will take a couple of weeks to grow back a bit longer, and I'll see what it looks like then. I'm new to beard grooming, so it's all a bit trial and error phase still for me.

Its negging yeah, but Its more often just referred as teasing. I still dont think its a huge thing in establishing rapport however.

thanks. Great tips. Surgery is kinda a hurdle mentally, I need more time for to take.
I'm deffo gona go put plenty effort into muscle growth. Youth maxxing I already try to do, and do quit a few things for (retinA, dermaroller, sunblock, hyalaronic acid/fillers through hylaron-pen.
For hair, I'm atm using: finastride, minoxidill, and zinc (saw palmetto).

Thnaks, I'm also happy with the improvement it caused. If I knew, I would had defoo done it earlier. First time i have moustache and small beard. I'm still a bit "struggling" with the upkeep and grooming and mainly scaping/finding lines for it.
