just stick to a workout plan, I lean bulked chewed gum for my masseters got a proper hairstyle puberty did the rest for me

I did an upper lower split, 3x upper 3x lower, as of "looksmaxxing techniques" I shaved my eyebrows and my head off when I first discovered forums (late 2023) to have my eyebrows grow more thick and my hair healthier
