His jaw does not even look natural.. Its too symmetric which is just sign of surgery or fillermax.

He clearly mentions that chewing hard gum for hours every day + hard mewing constantly the whole day was his routine. Over developed masseters can mimic the look of bone mass. Sally did develop huge massetors you can see them in the videos.
