im just using technical terms and im not biased because it applies to me as well lol. you can be culturally whatever ethnicity your pakistani parent is from but you cant be considered pakistani and you would have to apply for a visa to get into pakistan. you will also not be able to do things like getting a sim card or exchange valuta (dollars/pounds/euros/etc). i was there and i had to rely on relatives to have things like internet lol. it was lame.
