By "meh" I mean "not a worthwhile procedure". I haven't seen any before/after where I'm like "damn, that is a good improvement".

Ever millimeter counts. You may not see a damn good improvement but its still something. Normies usually go very conservative w surgery so maybe you could be the first to push a little further with more eyelid filler than usual and if it looks off you can always dissolve it.
