androgens and surgery

can't see your side but your eye area is just a mess your orbitals look weirdly inward and possibly recessed can't really tell but your eyebrows are very highset

your orbitomaxillary plane angle seems unideal

You can get a pallete expander for some maxillary advancement and nasal support hop on primal diet chew with premolars on hard food could ascend you since you're still 15 and most of the maxillary sutures don't close out yet so you still have some hope I wouldn't say side matters that much tho in terms of appeal ofc MTN side bad maxilla everything else is decent

you are squinting in that picture jfl and it would still be considered high set

there clearly high set by the first photo you posted you can cope tho
