Fastest way to fix forward head posture?
I will do chin tucks and fixing anterior pelvic tilt lmk if anything else works
I need to widen my lips but I don’t want to cut I cut a little and it felt horrible and I didn’t do it again, currently gonna do mouth stretching and Botox eventually
