theres definetly surgeries u can get like rhino because ur nose seems a bit bigger then average or chin implant to get a few more mm of forward growth but honestly theres no point lmao. u got a pretty good ramus and ur forward growth is pretty good as well. just no point

What else, also I have gandy nose and upper third but his nose suits him because his maxilla is way better than mine
