diff angle + lighting + you got older + you got leaner, but its an actual insane difference. the things that hold you side back: nose is way too overly prominent, lack of browridge prominence, ramus length and still being recessed even though ur chin makes it look like ur not.

your brow ridge would be fine - if your nose was less projected tbh, maybe hydrocortisone on the side of the base

I am using hydrocortisone for my nose for like 11 days but haven't seen huge results but I'll continue to use it for some time
