not bad.Your hair is damaged and your skin is badAre there any skeletal issues in this? Im 33% body fat btw i know i need to lean down
I Always struggled with my hair, it gets real frizzy on the right side despite doing a lot of shit for it not to frizz ,only time it looks really good is when i straighten itnot bad.Your hair is damaged and your skin is bad
33% where and how u tard 33% is like extremely obese weight you’d have an incredible double chinAre there any skeletal issues in this? Im 33% body fat btw i know i need to lean down
I do not have a double chin im just grabbing the skin a lil bit so you can clearly see the gonial angle, people often think im leaner than i am but im 205 at 5'8 ( manlet ik ) managed to lose 70 lbs since last year tho when i was 270. But im still 33% bf im pretty sure33% where and how u tard 33% is like extremely obese weight you’d have an incredible double chin
Thank u, out of those flaws do you think that the maxilla overall is the worst one? I recently did a ct scan and my sna and snb where respectively 86 and 85.5 which may indicate class 3 but my bite is normal, do you think my mandible grew too much or maybe it was my maxilla that didn't grew properly enough?mtn side.
Short ramus, bad under-eye support, lacking in cheekbone and maxilla projection
Low-set eyebrows, good uue, good nose shape, thick chin, good brow ridge, good nasion
Oh, that's really interesting. I think the cheekbone projection is the worst one. They look to be lowset and lack projection.Thank u, out of those flaws do you think that the maxilla overall is the worst one? yep that what i was thinking too, the structure seems alright but facial aesthetics goes beyond just bone mass and stuff. Although your insights were very spot on, my cheekbones from the front are pretty high being consistently above 81% of midface height and are very laterally projected but lack a bit of anterior projection causing bad eye support and other stuff. Also idk why but it really looks like my ramus is quite short on this picture but i can assure you it's not, if u want i can send u an better picture that have better lighting and stuffOh, that's really interesting. Your maxilla can also be structurally normal but still not projected forward enough for ideal facial aesthetics. This can create a mildly recessed midface, even if the bite is normal.
If your mandible were shortened (set back) and your maxilla were slightly more projected, it could create better facial harmony. But, changing the jaw positions could create malocclusion if not carefully planned.

Wow, really good morph, profile looks ideal now. Can this be achieved with dental appliances or only with surgery?A slight mandibular setback with a moderate maxilla advancement will balance out your profile

Dang, surgery would be a last resort option tho i still have to lean down to really get an idea if i really need them and what surgeries would be the options for me. To achieve a similar result of the morph would a Lefort 1 and mandibular setback suffice?Surgery only unfortunately.
Also I gotta give you a heads up, your actual result won't always look like the morphs or the surgeon's simulation, so keep that in mind. You may look better or worse depending on your soft tissue.
Morphs are for the idea only.

Thank you for the assistance dude, i was thinking paranasal implants would be good options but it seems that my maxilla in itself needs to be pushed a little bit forward. Losing weight made it look 10x better tho as my puffy cheeks made the midface disappear. Do you think saddled infra orbital implants would be a good idea too? Or is the recession in the infra orbital region passable?Getting leaner is still the number 1 priority.
Yep lefort 1 and mandibular setback is exactly it. Don't let them retract your mandible too much nor advance your maxilla too much either. It's finding that perfect balance that matters.

That's right, lean down first. Thank you manOne thing at a time. Don't overload yourself.
Great morph. Looks realistic as well.A slight mandibular setback with a moderate maxilla advancement will balance out your profile
