I see some jaw recession, ramus is nonexistent, maxilla seems recessed, chin isn’t ideal but not fully recessed. You know surgery will be your only fix. But maybe it’s worth trying to cope with DHT E just make sure to use ru58 for your hair and you’ll be fine.
