Skin, need fresher hair, shape up eyebrows and thicken them too, if you look for fillers I'd recommend light radix and bottom lip, grow out eyelashes, debloat obviously, change eyebrow natural muscle posture, do chin and hyoid exercises, vaseline, get a taper, massater exercises . Done
