La roche pose face wash every night with niacinimide and paraben free. Then put vitamin e under eyes and on trouble spots. Exfoliate with a scrub brush a couple times a week. If I’m going to a beach or gonna spend significant amount of time in sun I put on mineral sunscreen. Is there anything else I should be doing to cover all my bases?

moisturizer is a must, i recommend Dermaneedle if you have any sort of folds.

Really I’ve never tried it is there anything that’s natural and doesn’t have xenoestrogens it? Also is it good enough to just use in morning?

It helps to prevent further damage to your skin. Whether it makes you look better immediately is debatable. It probably does if you have extremely dry skin.

What kinda damage would moisturizer prevent?

Premature aging from dry skin (fine lines and a general weathered appearance), and possibly preventing small scars from forming.

Idk man I’m trying to avoid unnecessary chemicals who nose what they might be doing to you long term causing cancer? Lowering your testosterone? As far as being harsh on skin I’ve always figured what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger
