maybe something on coloring- beta carotene, lycopene, mt2 a little bit of sun exposure with spf is good

Yeah after tret and not letting sun touch my face i have lightened. Maybe with rhino next year i can pass for med

they're effective at reducing wrinkles and smoothing out skin. those are just the ones that i can think of off the top of my head. the two palmitoyl peptides are part of matrixyl, which is found in many high end cosmetics

1. why are you switching between copper peptide and niacinamide? why not both daily

2. what are lactic acid and bha and what do they do?

3. what do jojoba and argan oil do for skin?

4. what does topical vit c do? and why do you switch between it and tret

i didn't know there were multiple matrixyl formulations. i assume there's a limit to how much of an effect matrixyl has. it works by signalling your body to replace skin cells, so it's only as fast as your body is. there are other cosmetic peptides that have different mechanisms of action. there's a muscle relaxant called acetyl hexapeptide-3 that works similar to botox

you know more than i do then. i've only heard of matrixyl and matrixyl 3000, and i thought matrixyl 3000 was just a specific concentration of matrixyl

1 i dont think using too many things is effective at once is effective you could do 3x a day and be effective but im too lazy for that.
2. Chemical exfoliants ti remove white and black heads bha is stronger but lactic acid is more moisturizing
3. They have vitamin e which is verh good for skin and oils in general remove oils in your skin.
4. Lighten skin and improve collagen production. They are both very strong so i dont like using them the same day.
