I had the same problems, long skull shape, fucked nose, glasses and bad haircut.

For hair textured fringe is best for long skulls and can hide some of the forehead but I personally went with curtains.

Nose people say apply hydro cortisone but that money is better spent on a permanent fix like surgery but DW too much about it till you have money

Glasses I still have, I just don't wear them, tried contact appointment but eyes too reflexive so gotta practice touching the eye before I can get them but they are the best bet for us, then laser while young ig.

dont listen to the idiots saying lose the glasses. u need them so make up for ur skinny long head frame. ur only priorities should be fixing ur skin (Tretinoin/Acutane) and getting bigger as u look like a twig, unless thats the niche ur trying to oddly lean into
