If ur hormonal acne is comedogenic acne - adapalene+clyndamicin (can get it over the counter no prescription) for 1 month then switch to regular adapalene . Get a benz peroxide +clyndamicin and apply it morning time on the pimples that are getting big and red . Do adapalene at night - wash face - get it dry - apply adapalene - wait 30 minutes - moisturizer . Benz peroxide in the morning - wash face - get it dry - apply Benz - wait 10 minutes - no moisturizer but SPF 50+ Pa++++

Yeah I just got more bones better skin better health better hair better eyebrows better eyelashes went from 50 to 90 percent facial harmony , puberty max made me develop somewhat properly I grew to 6”3, better dimo but yeah I didn’t change and nobody cares about me totally

Another thing I could tell u that’s pretty good is Bento spf 50+ pa+++ the green one is awesome cuz it covers the redness (neutralizes it) looks like u got a tinted SPF on except it doesn’t clog your pores and u dont look gay wearing it , pretty cool thing with redness on your face
