Letrazole 2.5mg once a week
Isotretinoin 10mg
Mk677 25mg every day ( copium im broke for hgh)

up test to 500mg, if you’re not doing topical stuff no point in running isotret so low, do 40mgs, and if you’re doing mk, 40mgs min for any noticeable changes, probably will take like 6-8 months to see minimal but aye that’s the route you wanna take g

pin test 2x a week, not once

microsose isotret 20mg every 2 days 60mg/weekly sd i dont think theres 10mg pills

he should run isotrt is his prone to acne im running 500 rn and i never had acne in my life and i started getting back acne

i feel like topical tret/taz w low dose isotret is most optimal, but i didn’t see taz/tret on there so he’s fine to go a bit higher

optimal as in anti aging while on androgens, works like a absolute charm, can add estriol .1% which mogs aswell

like 500mg should I do 500mg for like 12-15 weeks then reduce it to 300

best advice would be to go to the gym first little guy. doing more harm then good at that size.
