Rate Stack for Bones and Height

19.1 5,10 (morning height)

Came up with this stack from the past 3-4 days of insight from various sources (no prior knowledge or interest).

90% certain growth plates are fused (other than my spine which I plan on targeting) since I have remained at the same height since 16.

Both parents are around 5,7 - 5,8 so I can only assume I have somewhat surpassed genetic cap since I was properly nourished and was active during puberty (mainly swimming but also soccer and basketball at a younger age).

I plan on only doing a few cycles before evaluating if its worth continuing.

Feel free to comment on any changes you believe I can make to better synergize the stack.

Keep in mind this is my first time using peps much less creating a stack that I have no proper judgment on from inadequate research.

I have no predetermined expectations with using this stack I am rather looking at it from an experimental standpoint in which it might A) Do nothing or B) Provide minimal - decent positive feedback.

Lastly dosages will not be listed as it is still a work in progress.

*Diet*

Wont go into too much detail but will be on a Protein Surplus diet as it is necessary to insure proper translation of the stimulated HGH to IGF-1 otherwise your body will excrete it and it will end up a waste.

*Conclusion*

As stated prior this is all a result of minimal research and an urge to act before my fate is permanently sealed, that being said I am open to feedback as it helps me further understand what I stand to gain/lose. I feel as though my height is a middle ground both literally and in the sense that I am not totally dissatisfied nor contempt with it. Furthermore I am fully aware that this stack is no where near what some of you guys run/recommend running, I don't have the money or interest in blasting pharma straight to the gills, thereby causing self conflicting views on if this stack is even significant enough (even at higher dosages and consistent cycles) to have real positive effects. Nonetheless let me know what you guys think.

5'10 is fine already imo what is your face like?
high mtn - low htn if fully debloated and regular gym among other factors but ive since quit to focus on college this is all part of starting to go get back in the groove.

if you just used phermonia it would be enough for bone mass

5'10 and above avg why don't u just enjoy if u are nt you will face a lot of health problems from this stack imo just don't do the peptides

this is how I thought up until now but at some point curiosity kills the cat. Could you elaborate on health concerns from these specific peptides? I purposely chose Ipam since it doesn't increase cortisol or prolactin and I was looking into dosing CJC lower since I've read that it generally has more side effects than Ipam. Follistatin is the only one im still iffy on in regards to minimal testing and its primary purpose being muscle growth as opposed to bone.

this is how I thought up until now but at some point curiosity kills the cat. Could you elaborate on health concerns from these specific peptides? peptides might be fine there hasn't been enough research, you don't wanna be the guy that faces health problems because of that especially when you are already above avg height

realistically peptides won't make u grow if you wanted to grow at this point you'd have to blast HGH even then i don't think you would see more than an inch

yeah that was water on my part, but part of why I looked into it was to simply see if I could increase facial bone mass/density I think that would greatly increase appeal to my archetype

2.5 mg letrozole
500 mcg ipam 3x per day
30 iu of lantus insulin in the morning
Super high protein diet like 300g per day
(Especially liver eat a lot of it literraly in some studies Vitamin A is shown to be better at height growth in guys who deficient than fucking hgh anavar it also has been compared to aromatize inhibitor in some studies where they megadosed it now preferably take the anaimal version from liver and not vegetables cause its liver toxic and downregulate your thyroid just take liver and call it a day)
10 hours of sleep
Also Spam deadhangs in the morning (it help Frauds by like 0.5 cm)

With all this you’ll probably get to 6ft
Then use lift bla bla bla to get to 6ft2

You need to crush your estrogen boyos your literraly 19 if you were 15 then i would have used aromas
Also megadose melatonin and gaba when you start using letrozole
And add joint aid supplement like Msm chondroitin ect….

ive accommodated most of that within the minerals already how long is the letzro cycle?

First of all you probs won’t get much facial changes cuz of your age.You could get a lot of height from your spine as I read a thread yesterday on a guy get 2.5 inches in 3-4 months of just doing his spine stretches methods and stuff. Your results won’t be as much but the peptides would help a lot

In terms of your stack, the 2.5 mg letrozole and 500 mcg of both ipa and cjc etc that the guy above said sounds good. But you probs won’t get much growth unless your growth plates are open and if they’re not then spine growth is your only way.

youve been mislead. Only in extremely rare cases have people not been able to restore their natural test after proper pct

I feel as though my height is a middle ground both literally and in the sense that I am not totally dissatisfied nor contempt with it. Furthermore I am fully aware that this stack is no where near what some of you guys run/recommend running, I don't have the money or interest in blasting pharma straight to the gills, thereby causing self conflicting views on if this stack is even significant enough (even at higher dosages and consistent cycles) to have real positive effects. Nonetheless let me know what you guys think.

who's to say i've reached the cap tho, I was already 5,8 - 5,9 at 14 and throughout all those years was rationally expecting to be at least 6+, to my demise I only reached 5,10 which made me question if my early onset puberty was caused by too much HGH/IGF-1 that ultimately crashed after puberty sealing my plates early in the process. Regardless I wasn't planning on only using it for height.

My ideal stack :
2.5 mg letrozole
500 mcg ipam 3x per day
30 iu of lantus insulin in the morning
Super high protein diet like 300g per day
(Especially liver eat a lot of it literraly in some studies Vitamin A is shown to be better at height growth in guys who deficient than fucking hgh anavar it also has been compared to aromatize inhibitor in some studies where they megadosed it now preferably take the anaimal version from liver and not vegetables cause its liver toxic and downregulate your thyroid just take liver and call it a day)
10 hours of sleep
Also Spam deadhangs in the morning (it help Frauds by like 0.5 cm)

With all this you’ll probably get to 6ft
Then use lift bla bla bla to get to 6ft2
Why not Mod grf instead of ipam?

But its only minimal slightly higher, while the efficiency is alot higher? It also has way better natural pulses than ipamorelin wich leads to less risks like maintaining better insulin sensitivity in the long run even tho its stronger.

Wtf are you talking about ipam is better than modgrf in very single way
The only time i would add modgrf to my stack is if i already use ipam

Thanks for the response, what do you mean? Every single Study ive read, every single Thread ive read wether its on a bodybuilding forum or this one, they were always talking about mod grf being better than ipamorelin, even chatgpt agrees with that.

And its clear you hadn’t read a single study
A guy using ipam keeping cortisol and prolactin in control would have higher hgh igf-1 hgh pulses less water retention and it would be cheaper and more convenient
The only way that modgrf would be better is if you somewhat manage to keep cortisol and prolactin in check and inject like 5-8x per day
For me my optimal stack is ipamorelin and lantus insulin and micro dosing tren (super low doses) with a shit ton of test and some other ancilllaries with Ai of course
